4. Listing Phones on iMobile
Sellers (dealers or individuals) must follow these rules:
4.1 Accuracy of Listings
All listings must include:
- Real photos
- Accurate descriptions
- Honest condition (new, recond, used)
- Correct pricing
Misleading or false listings may result in suspension.
4.2 Prohibited Listings
You must NOT list:
- Stolen phones
- Lost devices
- Counterfeit or cloned phones
- Blacklisted, iCloud-locked, FRP-locked, or illegally modified devices
Sellers are fully responsible for ensuring the authenticity and legality of items.
5. Buying on iMobile
Buyers using the platform agree to:
- Conduct due diligence before completing a purchase
- Communicate responsibly with sellers
- Avoid fraudulent activity or chargebacks
iMobile is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers but may assist by reviewing reported cases.
6. Communication Between Users
iMobile provides chat, call, or WhatsApp features for buyers and sellers to communicate.
Users may NOT:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse others
- Send spam or irrelevant messages
- Share inappropriate or illegal content
All communication should remain respectful and professional.
7. Payments & Transactions
Unless specified, iMobile does not handle payments directly.
Transactions occur externally between buyers and sellers.
iMobile is not responsible for:
- Payment issues
- Product delivery
- Refunds
- Damage or loss during meet-ups or parcel delivery
Users should meet in safe public places and verify devices before paying.
8. Prohibited Activities
You may NOT:
- Use iMobile for illegal or fraudulent activities
- Impersonate another user or dealer
- Interfere with the platform’s security
- Use scripts, bots, or scraping tools
- Post harmful or misleading content
- Attempt unauthorized access to our system
Violations may lead to account removal and legal action.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on iMobile—including logos, text, designs, and graphics—is protected by copyright.

- Abuse the platform or other users
We may also remove any listing that violates our policies.

Any disputes will be handled under Malaysian jurisdiction.
